Hey guys, was hoping someone here might be able to help.
I'm in Australia and have put a 6sp gen4 Ally in my rig, an OKA, which is an Aussie made 4x4.
I have put it behind a Cunmins 6.7L, sorry no Duramax.
Anyway the wiring is a custom job which i think is where the issue is.
It will go into limp mode, but only with the turbine speed sensor unplugged, if I plug it in, it just jumps into neutral, reverse seems good though.
Sorry for jumping on the duramax forum to ask about a different make, the allisons aren't all that common here.
My dad is finishing the conversion now and it's the last thing before getting it registered. He's extremely good with electronics but not familiar with the allisons, just hoping someone may be able to help, the wiring was all done from the correct diagram for the A53 TCM I have.
There is no issues with the cummins and the ally talking to each other either, Alloson doc is showing engine rpm's, brake pedal for cruise etc.
