LBZ: LBZ injector issues!!!

Hey guys, my truck is a 2007 lbz with 231,000 miles. Does have a lift pump along with a predator that never gets tuned above tow. My problems all started hauling a gooseneck trailer empty about 30 miles when getting on the high way increasing pedal very easy my truck just died and would never start back, was told to check filter head, which is now rebuilt. Long story short I ended up replacing 8 injectors, and some of which I've replaced twice now (cylinders, 7,8,5. Balance rates are weird as some of these injectors are coming straight out of the box reading +4.0 . It will run OK for a day or so now and then boom , knocks,smokes white like can't see on a 4 lane high way smoke. And the taillights stay on constantly, along with gear indicator and battery light in cluster. I'm at a loss here and have been dealing with this problem for months. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. One last thing new battery's and Tcm is temporarily grounded to outside she'll because of the hot touching case during a Jumpstart.

Also has new 1/2 fuel lines from the tank up. Codes p003a, p0087, fuel heater, intake air temp, intake air pressure. U0101 sometimes.

The injectors are bwd remains from O'Reillys, so not the best in the world.compression check has not been done . The knock will jump around from different cylinders also

Rail pressure is actually showing high right not like 6000 at idle?

sounds like you have an electrical issue. start looking for rubbed through wires along the main harness or loose grounds at the front of the block near the upper oil pan

pull all the codes you have as well

Thanks man I'm checking it as we speak . Like I said before, the TCM is grounded out to the outer shell. Would this be causing any problems?

Codes:
• p0183 fuel temp sensor
°p0113 intake air temperature
°p0102 mass or volume air
°p0463 fuel level sensor
°p0113 intake air temperature
And sometimes I have a exhaust gas pressure code show up als0. Can't remember the code number will post asap.

Without injector 7 hooked up there is no p0087 at idle after letting it sit over night. And also number 7 is a reman from O'Reilly as well that's around 15 days old. Maybe 65 miles on it.

It's actually stock now, I just use the predator to read codes.

Check your bail connectors on the engine for connection and the connections at the ECM.

My clips for the bail connectors are wore out but seems everything has connection. Ecm had water in the connectors but after drying them out seemed to be fine also. ??? I'm not sure where to turn with this thing now except pulling heads and expecting piston damage honestly. Thanks for any input guys. I appreciate all the help I can get. I might actually try and replace number 7 once more and the connectors for the injectors they look to be burnt like on a lly .

I'd atleast move the 7 to a different spot and then unhooked and see if that 0087 goes away in the new location aswell
