LBZ air intake heater info

Hello all, I just found this group. So stoked to find all this info.
So I have a 2006 GMC Savana 4x4 2500 with a LBZ in it, the previous owner removed the air intake with the sensor and heater in it in favor of a performance upgraded intake tube with no heater.

Anyway I live in MT and it is COLD !!!! Here, so in process of installing the stock parts, so my ? to you all is about the wire that bolts to the heater with a 10mm bolt. Does that go straight to the battery or to a controller of sorts ? I am not sure what previous owner removed.

are you having issues with cold starts? generally, that intake heater doesnt make that much difference. bad glow plugs will though.

On my engine all I have is a Glow PLug Controller and it has no place to connect an additional wire. I know the generations prior to mine do have the relay set up
looks like I was wrong. took a look at the electrical diagram and it appears to connect to the same 175 amp mega fuse the 2nd alternator would connects to
