Hate to bring this back but having some issues again. After several hundred miles the clutch is starting to act like it did before I dropped the trans the second time and replaced the slave. Doesn't seem to disengage quite to the point it should and has a little bit of a sticky feeling half way through the travel. Still shifts pretty decent going down the road though. I am thinking the master cylinder is weak or going bad, or air is still an issue that worked its way back in there. I hate to change the master out for nothing like I apparently did with the slave the second time. Any thoughts?

I just read this whole thread... i'm having issues as well.

I've busted 3 slave cylinders in less than 2 months.

I'm baffled. Using a Kenny Smith Dual Disk, wondering if it's a clutch issue (excessive pressure plate load?) or just shotty slave cylinders from GM.

referring to the slave cylinder ("all one piece")? if so, yep, I'm VERY aware. lol. replaced it twice in the past 2 months.

What can we do with these things?

Just getting desperate looking to improve this system.
