Never realized this to recent as Ive always let my truck warm up but does t/h converter lockup have a minimum temp before it will lock up? Seems its right around 110* or so? Never paid attention before to know.
Also are these LML converters crap like the older ones? As in when I load my 125hp tune (which is hardly ever) it feels as if its running over the converter as in slipping/stalling more than my usual 75hp tune I leave in all the time. I never use it cause it feels like shit when I do. Figured it was just the tune itself or rail psi (have an insight monitor but dont know what psi is too low) but psi always seems ok (as compared to desired and actual psi). BUT Im not no diesel guru either so who knows. I can however make a mean hamburger and ask you for fries like its nobodys business though. Ask Mike.
