Was just about to give up on it and buy a new one, but right before I quit for the night I wanted to take water pump off just to see what it looked like, while trying to take balancer off the engine broke loose and everything cleaned up. Haha ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356584783.928713.jpg I'm gunna pull it on apart and put new rings and bearings in it and hone brush cylinders and see what happens.

That's how one of the 10 LB7 engine I bought looked like on all 8 cylinders. Truck sat for 6 months till I bought the engine. was so bad the turbo wouldn't even spin. I pretty much saved the cp3 and injectors and threw the rest of the engine in the scrap pile. With cylinders like that im very sure you will have to hone it out.

Flex hone sells a tool in 100mm and 105mm isn't our bores 103mm? Should I get bigger or smaller brush ?

Went with the bigger brush thinking it will compress together in the bore. Instead of risking getting it out of round with smaller brush

All the hones I use are adjustable with 3 shoes, for a size range and different shoe grits.
One that covers 4" is the right one, IIRC, 3-5"? You go in and out to get about a 120 deg hatch? Put a block of wood in the bottom to keep from hitting the crank webs.
