Seems after they added the WU 6811, they moved the "good" jobs out of the advanced category. If you have a GT430, GTS450, or GTX460 card, you will now make more points by NOT using the -advmethods flag.

If you are GTX470, GTX480, or GTX580, you can make the same or more by running the -advmethods flag.

To add or remove the -advmethods flag, you go to CONFIG, then ADVANCED, then OTHER OPTIONS, and make the change. You will need to EXIT (not pause) then restart the app for it to take effect on the next job.

Another trick:

If you have a utility like MSI Afterburner (believe it's free on the MSI website) that monitors the GPU % use, look at the %. If it's constantly in the 80%'s open up your web-browser and leave it open (mine is Chrome). Voila! It goes up to 99% and PPD jumps about 1500.

PS - If I had a 470/480/580 I'd still remove the -advmethods flag. Your PPD won't drop much, but your power use (heat) will drop a ton. You'll still make 14-16k PPD with a good overclocking.
