s400 with the 2.8 wheel i think will work great im just now working on a set for a turbo like yours im thinking of twining a 42 for a race set
Would the s400 go well with the current s300 I have?
Or any other suggestions? Let make this a good one:hug:
Whats the flow of these turbos? any chance of posting the charts?
I would go with at least the S475, (a 3.0 inducer S400). This flows like a GT4202, but with a wider map.
I would consider putting in a second wastegate to control peak boost to save hardware.
The HTT wastegate cannot be redirected easily. I would leave the HTT gate at factory setting or lower.

How about a s410g turbo from a 3406E cat engine, IIRC they are around 3.x inducer and have a huge waste gate and a t6 (big rig ) mount on them? Just a athought i have wondered as i have fairly easy access to one?
I was going to use a T6 footprint S480 with mine. But now i think im going GT42 magnum in a single.
I was thinking about this & a 475 is too close to the HTT, 480 will work(just smaller than a 45 IIRC)

I will end up useing my HTT as part of a twin setup so this discussion should be good
