Will these style of quick connectors fit in place of the metal oem ones? Mine are rusted and packed full of dirt and I'm having trouble finding the correct replacement fuel lines for my cab and chassis. Plus the ones I do find are around $300... Thinking about cutting out the soft lines and quick connects and just using these dorman fittings and hose clamps.

Or if anyone knows the part number for the fuel lines for a 2003 c&c 2 door 161.5" wheelbase that would be great too. This is what rock auto lists

Yep, those will work. Kennedy supplies them with his pumps.

Looks like you have to order two separate kits, one for the front of the truck, one for between the tanks. FL489C and FL588C would be my guess. Id call FineLines to verify first.

Thanks Tom, the issue now is I can't find a 1/2" quick connect on dormans website, on to summit racing.

Fl88c is not for cab and chassis, Fl489C looks like it goes from rear tank to front, and then I'd need the rest which looks like either Fl88L or fl88j. Guess I'll have to call up there to verify. I'm still not trying to buy $600 in fuel lines if I can help it though.

Called Finelines fuel systems, nice people, they said they do NOT make the lines from tank to tank on a 2003, only 2004.5+.
Fl588J was the part number she said would fit my truck, 2 door c&c 161.5" wheelbase, from front tank to motor.
Of course their website says that FL489C will fit a 2003 from tank to tank...Oh well

Figured i'd update this, ordered new fuel lines from the tank to engine and they fit perfect. I just ordered the fl489f for tank to tank lines. From all the pictures I've seen they look exactly the same and have the same quick connect type as my 2003. Should know forsure this weekend or early next week.

Since everybody loves pics..

Thanks! It's been a long process and I keep getting caught up in the little details buts it's coming along..

Got the new tank to tank lines installed and they fit like a glove. Called fineline and told them so we'll see if they change the fitment guide. Just gotta clean out the rear tank and install it. That should take care of 98% of the frame related stuff then can drop the drivetrain in next:woott:
