My fog light switch has stuck and won't move so I can't turn them on. I tried to get the switch assy out but can't get the locks to release. Any suggestions on getting it out?

Which locks are you meaning? The whole unit shoild come out together and then you pry I believe the two or three snap holds out.
Those are the things I'm talking about. I tried to spread those but it felt like they would break before going far enough to release the housing.
No you won't break them just push the foglight housing at the same time when you try to release the locks should pop right out
