Disconnect lower rad hose help

How do I disconnect the lower rad hose on my duramax with out damaging it. It's a quick connect, I've never delt with these before. ANYONE PLEASE!!!

I need 2 change the radiater in my 06 it has these quick connect hoses. How do I disconnect the lower rad hose without any problems? I feel dumb but need a little help! ANYONE???

Pull the metal snap ring out and pull the hose off. The metal ring is in the front groove

Make sure there is no pressure on the system before you do it, or you will really take a bath!
