Coolant leak

Could really use some help here, I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out where I can be losing coolant from.

I have a small leak dripping off the pass. front corner of the bellhousing. not much, maybe 1-2 drops a night. in looking up from underneath the truck, all i can really see is that its running down the back of the head from above.

from the top side- the ONLY part of the motor that looks wet to me is the top of pass side intake runner. As if its leaking right behind/under the alternator and running down the "V" between the head and runner. I thought some part of my heater hose was leaking (egr deleted) so i did the following:

took the plastic "adapter" fitting off the heater core
new rubber hose and clamps
used the heater "pipe" off of a lb7 instead of the lbz (pipe out of thermostat housing)

I deleted all of the coolant lines going to the stock turbo
fleece plug in the rad hose too

So couple questions
1- any where i could not have thought of to look for the leak?
2- how much pressure should I put into the system to pressure test it?

I tried to pressure test it last weekend, but made a dumb mistake and the fitting came loose and blew coolant everywhere, so i couldnt keep looking. want to try it again this weekend and just want to make sure im doing it right.

When you deleted the coolant to the turbo. How did you seal off the return side?

I completely removed the pipe. The coolant pipe runs up behind the alternator- I eliminated all of that and welded off the port down on the front of the motor on the pipe from the thermostat housing to the water pump

i had a lbz that blew the head gasket right where you are talking about and and was pushing water out the back but it was also making a chirping sound like an exhaust leak.

is the hard line going to the heater core still there?, mine has a crack at one of the tabs where it is welded to the hardline and bolts to the motor

i dont think its the rear adapter because i have water on top of the motor along the intake runner- the entire length of it.

why i thought it was the heater hose from the EGR delete, but no luck.

I assume if i pressurize the coolant system i should be able to see some coolant leaking out somewhere?

Pressurized the system to 20 psi. Can't hear anything leaking. Can't see anything on top of the motor.

Felt around the heater hoses and everything is dry.

BUT the leak turned into a puddle when I kept pressure on the system.

It's at the pass rear corner of the motor. So I'm guessing maybe that coolant plate on the rear adapter? How big of a pain is that to get to?

had mine leak too, depends on what you have for tools but its not too bad to replace, downpipe can be wiggled out of the way. Remove trans mount nuts and tilt motor forward too.
