LML Can I get rid of this?

First of all I hate the looks of the stock exhaust pipe and second I'm getting ready to install some under bumper rear work led lights that I use for plowing and the stock pipe will limit my light travel. So can I remove the stock exhaust tip without messing anything up on the computer or the way it runs? Maybe install a new tip for now until I can do a full delete down the road. Thanks

Yes they make dpf back exhaust systems unless your willing to delete it.
