Question: Can I clean and oil a Banks filter W/K&N kit

So, it's the same stuff, right

Sooo, I have 2 K&N filter charger kits and a dirty banks filter...
Do I "have" to use a banks cleaner kit and banks oil on a Banks filter, or will K&N stuff suffice?
Anyone know?

I just use the k&n filter oil on all my filters...ATV, pit bike, truck...filter oil is filter oil.

I wouldn't use K&N or any gauze filters in my truck but I do use the K&N spray stuff on my home HVAC filters. Works great there.

I clean my banks filter with it, been doing it for over two years now without an issue.
