I was think maybe a billet wheel Billet S363 with .83 ar t4 divided with a big Billet S468 over the top of the smaller turbo. I think that should be enough air

S468 is not a good turbo to put as the atmospheric charger in a twin setup. Smallest I would ever go would be an s480.

Do you think that set of twins I just mentioned would be enough to support the truck or would I have to go bigger

No I don't think so. You would want a bigger exhaust turbine and housing for twins, the the compressor housing wouldn't move enough for it to be compounded. As said before an S480 or S483 with an 96mm wheel and 1.32 ar housing would be recommend for the low pressure turbo for your S363 or S366.

I was looking on danvilles website and found this tubro
Batmo 88mm S458 96mm turbine T4 1.25 a/r. I think I might run this as the big charger!

Would work, just tell Mark to put the normal T6 housing on it or you will have to get custom piping to work with the T4 foot. This turbo started out as an S400 and they put the S500 turbine wheel in.
