Blank cargo/fog insert

I found a part number after searching but am not totally sure what it is. 15735838
I am hoping to find a blank insert for where the cargo/fog/rear wiper would be. Would like to mount a switch there.

The only truck application I could think of having two blanks there are a base model suburban (no fog lights) with barn doors in the rear (no rear wiper).

Or maybe all suburbans had fog lights standard? I dont know. But all pickup trucks have a bed light is standard...so your only chance of finding that "dual-blank" plate would be an 00-04 barn-door suburban with no fog lights.

I will look into that. I hope is a plate and not a cubby
