LMM: Autocal error code $0502

Just receive tunes from Danville and loaded them on my friends autocal. Every time we go to flash my truck it says error $0502. The autocal is all up to date what could the problem be ? Never ran into this issue before.

Who is your friends Autocal linked to.?

If it's all up to date and your friends truck is not a lmm you need to go into bbx in scan and tune and select your ecm you want the autocal to communicate with. If you need info on how to do it Google autocal error code 0502, lots of info.

Give mark a call mine did the same thing. One letter was lower case in the Vin.

Thanks for all the replies! Ended up getting it figured out,we were just forgetting one step.
