Here are the numbers I have for Allison Thrust bearings on 4x4 transmissions from replacing them on my 5 speed and 6 speed transmissions; 2x4 may or may not be the same (The only one I can think of that might be different is T6). One important note is my 5 speed trans was over the cutoff, thus SHOULD have had the updated parts, but actually had the "old" parts. My local Alli dealer could pull part info for my 5 speed trans, but for some reason, couldn't pull info on my 6 speed trans.
The Thrust bearings are labeled the same as the clutch packs; T1-T6 front to back. The easiest way to tell which ones you need is as you're taking it apart, if the T3 & T5 bearings are the same, you need the first set of numbers. If the T3 & T5 are different and the T1 & T6 are the same, you need the second set.
A complete set of thrust bearings should be less than $30 at your local Alli dealer.
