Last weekend I broke one of my caltracs. I was talking to a few people and they said Calvert Racing would warranty them. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. I sent them and email they responded with in a couple of hrs. They told me to call when I had time. I called and discussed what happened and they are building me a longer set and I should have them with in a week at no cost. That is great customer service and am glad to see it. They definetly step up and take care of problems. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase a set of traction bars. Definetly an A+ aftermarket company.
