So my truck has been torn down for a few weeks while I do some turbo work. Going to finish it up today. Went to reinstall the A/C Compressor and have the two wiring pigtails for the a/c clutch and the sensor on the dryer hard line, so we're good there. But A/C compressor has a red connector on the back of it and I can't see a pigtail anywhere that plugs into it. Am I going crazy or was that back plug on the compressor not used?

Nothing plugs into that. I'm not sure why it's there.

i know some of the gassers use it and i think they used the same compressor on some gassers. i would assume it was cheaper to just get all the compressors with the sensor in the back. pure guess though
