I'm pricing a 2020 oil cooler for a guy, so I wanted to put all the part numbers together in one post that a person would need to do the swap. Here they are:
  • Cooler: 12701592
  • Elbow: 12675428
  • Cooler to elbow gasket: 12676826
  • Elbow to block gasket: 97192667
  • Coolant pipe to cooler o-ring: 94011702
  • Water pump to coolant pipe gasket: 12635594
  • Long oil cooler bolts: 11588694 (2 required)
  • Short oil cooler bolts: 11515760 (3 required if yours are too long)
  • Cooler to elbow bolt: 11548820
  • Oil Filter: PF63 or PF26 -
    • you must run this filter, 19 and older are different thread and size. @KyleC4 also pointed out that GM now recommends the PF63 oil filter for the 2020+ L5P engines. PF26 still can be used. The PF63, though narrower, has taller pleats and has more volumetric efficiency as well as better cold flow capabilities.

I was able to reuse the short oil cooler to block bolts on my LBZ, but I believe James said his were just a touch too long on his LB7. You might be able to shim them with a flat washer or you can look up the part number for the new bolts if you don't want to do that. On the elbow, I reused the two bolts from the old cooler, but I dug around and found a matching third bolt for the new one. That's why I included that part number.

The oil filter is also different. The Acdelco filter is the PF26 for reference.

A little more info to add. if you are retrofitting to an older truck and running a LML exhaust manifold, you may need to do a bit of clearancing. See the link below

Here is the actual bolt sizes as well if you want to run ace hardware and they have these in stock. i had to go through an online store at the time as the dealer didnt have the size i needed back then. See link below
