I have a 2009 Chevy Duramax. The 7 pin trailer plug and barake controller are stock from factory. My problem is no power to the #4 pin on the truck plug. I have a 40 amp fuse in the Stud 2 location and 13.4v power to a red with black strip wire which is marked to trailer aux. On the 7 pin plug the wire going to the #4 pin is red with black strip but has no voltage. Question: Is this a solid wire connection from battery to 7 pin plug or is there another fuse or relay someplace in the circuit? If it is a solid wire then I must have a broken wire some place in the chassie. If it has a fuse or relay could someone tell me where it might be located?

The wire on stub 2 was between the fender and fuse block disappearing into a large bundle. There is another red/black wire going to 30 amp fuse on stud 1 that comes from under the Master cyl. Both have full battery voltage with switch off.
Thanks for all your help I will get under the truck and see if i can find a bad wire. If not i will pull a new wire in.
