The truck you linked looks to have a 6” lift and 35 or 37 tires. There is no 3” lift for these trucks that will ride all that great and keep your front end truly happy. If you truly do not want to do a full fledged 4” lift kit, there are options but full disclosure, it may not ride as good and may go thru more front end parts.
To truly level a truck, you need new upper control arms. Something like Zone, cognito, or kryptonite. Keys are not necessary as stock ones can be cranked. Also, a good set of tie rod sleeves are a must if running larger tires. If you keep your offset low in wheels, you may be able to run 35s leveled or with a 4” lift with little to no trimming. If you have any negative offset in wheels 33 will be the largest you can run. I’ve personally rode in a truck with Fox shocks and it was great. Bilstein have a reputation for being stiff. Most people here like Rancho 9000 because they are adjustable.
Zone does sell a 3.5 kit for these trucks that drops the diff a bit too, but keeps steering angles stock. That’s one option.
Also I noticed in your other post you said the truck is sluggish feeling. The bigger and heavier the tire, the more power and mpg suffer unless you tune, and that gets into a whole new world of money.
