Well little update from me.
I am currently working on my 1972 Nova bought it as a molested race car roller with a 8.50 cert cage.
The specifications go as follows.
As per rules:
76mm cast turbo
3150lbs
Leaf spring/ stock location suspension
No nitrous
255/65/15 radial tire.
Motor and supporting modifications:
300% flux injectors
14mm exergy cp3
Fass 260 gph lift pump
Besides that it will be a stock motor for now
Transmission:
4l80e
Extreme automatic Manual valve body
Billet shafts
2200 stall tcs converter
Rear differetial:
Ford 9”
2.91 pro gear
Will wood brakes
This car will end up having the t6 76mm turbo remote mounted not sure on manifolds yet as I need to mount the motor to be able to see clearance for the manifolds.
The goal for the car is to go low 5’s in the 1/8th mile in the limited street class
It will also possibly do some no prep/ low prep events and maybe a drag and drive eventually.
This car will also be fully insured and steet legal.
