The LLY harness that goes to the fuse block under the hood has a pig tail with a plug that goes to the cab harness of my lb7. Question is what pin outs do i need to be able to splice them together. Lb7 cab harness has a 3 wire to the plug and the lly harness from engine harness has a 6 wire.'2 different style plugs'. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

For awhile BT Diesel Works would modify a harness for this. I do not know what work he did to perform this.

If you had an 03-04 LB7 it would be plug-and-play with the LB7 chassis harness but that is not the case here since it's an 01-02 truck.

yeah i read up on that. im not sure if ill need the harness beings if i can figure out the 3 wire chassis harness pin out to the lly harness that has 6 wire. If i can figure out the pin outs between the 2 then i can splice the lly 6 wire plug onto the lb7 3 wire and hook them together

Why do I keep doing this?

Theres a boatload of early LB7 to LLY swap threads, that one is the only one that even slightly outlines which parts work and who currently to contact about conversion harnesses.
