02 2500 4x4 no power help

hi my truck is just about dead for a while it has shifted weird has been losing power now from a dead stop it won't move until it winds up i have a code p0 183 which i have had for 3 years the new code is p0 700 no other codes please help

P0700 means you have transmission codes. You need a better code reader (Tech2, Solus, etc) to read the trans codes.

P0183 is Fuel Temperature Sensor Circuit High Voltage. Might want to have the looked at, too.

Yeah, the fuel temp code will limit rail pressure to 10k
