Fuel press runs wide open
03 dmax lb7 modded lbz pump/reg...used came off a running truck gauges rail current tuned correctly lift pump disconnected aftermarket radio disconnected start truck and the fuel pressure is at 27k..just like if you unplugged it .. running wide open changed fpr ,retuned it... -

Coolant flowing into crankcase
I am pretty sure there is a frost plug behind front cover ..that could be a spot to check I had one do the same thing frost plug was not seated correctly ....its got to be a big hole to take water that fast and come out oil pan plug ....I think u can see the frost plug from the water pump hole ...- Tjsdmax

02 hard start while warm
starter would be guess had 3 napa starters fail in the last 6months ..one of them only lasted 1 month all were brought brand new ..had them same symtoms as you.. hard to start when hot ...then they just fried ....- Tjsdmax

I'm stumped.
Yep thats the one i was talking about ..he said head gaskets are out of that one to ...I thought that was the one u bought .....the one thats in PA looks like a nice truck ..mabe could use the motor out of that one ??/unless it looks like the one u got>...good luck my friend;)- Tjsdmax

Unknown Engine Sound WITH VIDEO!
push rod If u reset the valve lash may have broke off the top of the push rod"little ball" where the tip of the rocker arm sits in it ??had it happen to us sounded pretty much the same way ..if the noise sounds like its coming from top of motor myb somthng to check ..just my 2cents- Tjsdmax
