what have you done to your truck since the last time we talked? just the filters? is your maf sensor seated properly? Do you have the MAF sensor spray cleaner? you can buy it from some stores, clean sensor with that and let dry and reinstall. test it. i usually clean my about once a month, for some reason i believe the cleaner it is the better my mpg is. other than that im not sure, give that a try.
