Weird question I know, but did anyone else that ordered from these guy's get their identity stolen shortly after?
I used my Mom's card to order a few thing's from there and about a month later Comp USA, and Circuit City store's in Florida showed up on her bill. I know the LS.com was the only way they could have gotten her info becuase I used my phone number when ordering and today got a call from Comp USA asking for my Mom because the Guy who stole the card info used my Number, that was the first and only place I ever used my Mother's card, and used my Number so I'd say just be careful when dealing with them
Have you alerted Greg of the problem? That way he can have someone check his site for a hacker, and he can alert all his customers.
You might want to double check the computer you used to place the order with. It may have a key logger running that records your key strokes and then the program sends the info to the identity thief. I use a couple of programs besides anti-virus software on my computers.
HAHA! That porn will get you every time! Thanks for the heads up.
Rob, what anti-key logger programs would you recomend? Are they free?
I use Cnet's advanced system care on my lappy as of now.
