For all I care El Paso can go to Mexico. After all it's basically Mexico already. I heard on the news that if we actually pull it off then we will be the 15th most productive nation based on GDP

Thats how I felt the day of the election and a few days after.

I still have hope and believe we can become great again but not without some pain first.

Too bad there is such a divided feeling. interestingly though, if any of the states did secede I am not sure they would be a very nice place to live without federal money for many services that are taken for granted, ie: roads, sewers,drinking water,schools,federal grants for flood improvements, subsidized farming, and the list goes on. secession just sounds like a bad idea.

It sounds like a nice idea at first, until you actually stop and look at how things work. I don't pretend to understand it all, but there are a lot of problems with wanting to secede.... If this whole ordeal is to try to prove a point, I get that, if these people are actually wanting to secede, they are just being silly.
