the judge himself said "i'd rather let a guilty person walk free than to put to death an innocent person."

if she didnt kill her herself, she knew what happened. And shes probably guilty of something else anyway, so why not just take her out while the chance is there.

I think it should still be an eye for an eye system. You kill somebody, you get killed. End of story.

Another sad thing is, they are already asking who is going to play her in the movie. They shouldn't give her the satisfaction of making a movie about her. The public's not going to give her the time of day, but the media is going to make her a star...and that's what is SICK about our world.

I can understand the not proving she killed the girl but what gets me is they let her go on child neglegance. How long does your 2yr old have to be missing for it to be neglegance. I would thing 31 days is plenty to report a missing persons.
