Well, I got the tune figured out and then on my home from work (getting on it), the belt flew off on the hwy about 5 miles from home. I made it home, but this belt thing is really pissing me off. Anybody find a permanent solution yet? It has a brand new tensioner, idler pulleys ect. It usually tears a rib off the belt when put on within a week.

I had problems with Casper at one point, but not anymore. Pulley misalign.

With any dual fueler setup, you need to manually get the pulleys into the alignment.

But on all cars and trucks, belts jump for 3 reasons:

Lack of tension (includes old belts, bad tensioner)

Pulley out of alignment. Adjust brackets to align.

Pulley is bent.

I had the same issue last year. All of my idler pulleys were wore out to the point where they wiggle back and forth pretty bad. I replaced them and see what it will do now.

I had this problem. It ended up being my tensioner pulley. When the belt was loose it looked straight. After I put the belt back on it looked good but after running for a few minutes it would twist out of alignment about an 1/8" and start chewing ribs of the belt. A new pulley fixed it.

I had this problem until I routed the belt over the tensioner. Do you have the PPE dual fueler setup or ATS?

You should be able to run the belt over the tensioner like I did even though you don't have the 2nd cp3. I did have to get rid of one of the small pulleys below the alternator. Here's some pics of my setup.

One of the guys I work with was struggling with belt issues on his truck. We ended up replacing the tensioner and adding an extra idler between the crank and tensioner. He hasn't lost a belt since and prior to that it would cut the belt down to about half width the first time he spun it to anything over 3200ish.
