I ordered some HID bulbs, I know customs is rough but this company says customs is no problem. I've gone back in forth in email trying to figure out why I didnt recive them and now they say I have to fill a dot form out, which I did (volker and tommy helped) and still nothing, heres what there email said...

Dear customer,

Be easy. Let's find a way to solve the problem.
You know, it's your bad luck that US customs needs a DOT form and some other issues. Most time, most customers can receive their package without problem.

If you can't work it out yourself, the package will be returned to us in half a month.
If you are not in a hurry, we 'll resend it as soon as we receive the returned package. Next time, you won't be unlucky!

damn, i ordered a set from them and didn't have one problem. it took a few weeks but they came right to the house straight from china.

sorry about your bad luck. let me know if you still need a set i can put you in touch w/ a friend of mine that sells them for $110 bucks to your door. good luck man.

FWIW, there's a dude on ebay that has them for something like $75 a kit, and is in (and ships out of) L.A....

i paid 150 for mine from some guy out on the east coast (found company on ebay) that had em for a wide variety of vehicles.. thought it was a scam at first so i called the phone number listed and the guy was for real... 150 for just low 225 for low and high...

now i just need to figure out how to adjust my what seem to be non-adjustable aftermarket housings.

yea a message says if your number isnt saved in there system it wont go thru, then a beep like answering machine at which point I leave anonymous volger messages
