Bought a 2019 2500 cclb work truck package. 6.2l 4x4 on sat. With 132 miles. Today it has 652 miles and I got rear ended. At least the guy has insurance.

I'm usually pretty empathetic and all, but I'm afraid if my brand-fuggin-new truck got rear-ended, I just might lose my schitt on the person.:mad::mad:

TX of course
Let me know who tunes it for you and how you like it. I’ve been meaning to get mine tuned, but haven’t had the time to look into it. Black Bear was popular, but I’ve heard some bad things about them too.

17,876 miles on the clock so far and a ridiculous 670 hours. 2 oil changes, and I found out there is no external fuel filter.... WHY.. still haven't washed it again. It's going to be washed alot more now that we are into the rust season in ohio. I was thinking of using diablo for a tuner, but am leaning toward Danville and some efi live goodness. But I might buy another truck this year and hand this one down so this truck might remain a virgin.

That 6.0 and 6l80 is the longest lasting most reliable combo GM has ever built. I sure hope the new 6.6 is as good, I'm sure that's what your looking into if another gasser. The 6l90 ought to do well in it since the ctsv can run 1000 rwhp plus thru a stock one...:D

Its a toss up currently between the new hd's and a 3500 srw. If I can get a single wheel dump then I'm going to pull the trigger for the pickup. I'm really itching to drive the 6.6 gasser, I would like some added low end grunt though. GM has really upped the torque management on the 6.0. I have never second guessed a 6.0 for reliability, they run forever. I just wish it wasn't so dam expensive to run a diesel now a days.... I MISS MY TORQUE...

30,658 miles
1193 hours
2-more oil changes
Loving the back up cameras
Tires are almost shot.
Brakes need done in 10k more miles.
Trans will probably need to be flushed due to daily towing.
Its filthy, but it's impossible to keep this thing clean with the work we do.

Stock torque converters in the 6L80/90 are garbage and cause all kinds of problems. If you upgrade that, they aren't terrible, but I wouldn't say they're the best trans GM ever made.
