won't crank

2008 3500 hd won't crank. Starter relay does not click when trying to start.

Batteries 13+ volts.

what all have you done as far as trouble shooting?

Now the lights flicker, warning light go out,chime quits, and radio goes off for 10 seconds when key is turned on.

Check your grounds?

OK here goes. Grounds ok. batteries 13+ but with key on little less than 12. starter fuse ok. starter relay getting power on one terminal but does not click or get power to the other terminals. Used jumper wire to get power to fuse and truck turned over. Hooked battery charger with 200amp/12v start and seemed to help the flickering gauge lights and warning lights and radio stayed on. Checked all wires around fuse block and seem to be ok. Do not seem to remember it happening lately but have had "service brake system" appear, I think it was wet whenever that happened.:alone:

May be a long shot. Is truck stock? Have you had the ECM reflashed?

Replaced batteries. codes P0633 & P062F

I would call a GM dealer and see if you need to get the ECM reflashed.
