What kind of injector probs do they have? The 6.4 I drive at work has an awful injector noise and 2 different dealerships say they cant find anything wrong with it.

Not seen an injector issue with a 6.4L yet,, it's been all 6.0Ls on the injectors. The 6.4 is common rail so the injection system is not all that different from ours. can only be so many things wrong with it.

I've never worked on a 6.0, but I know the 7.3 PowerStrokes are pretty easy to change injectors on. I really don't mind working on them that much. I just don't like driving them. They're turds.

The worse thing about the 6.0 is just space. they tucked the engine in there pretty good and instead of having an oil passage in the head,, there's a rail that sits on top of the injectors that has to come off.. still not a big deal in a truck,, i can do a whole set of those in about 5 hours without rushing too awful bad,,,,,,,,, now the van's suck balls. first one took me like 6 hours for just the passenger side.
