yes but more returned fuel heats up the fuel and does not help mileage. cooler fuel temps make a difference in mileage.

vanes cycle well and no sticky spots? t-case in good health? stock exhaust or aftermarket with or without a cat?

Vanes work well, no smoke, t case feels good, 5” exhaust with down pipe, and twister resonator.

Was running 40 until last week and I bumped to 50.
For 35's and load rated D or E 40 is not out of line. That is more psi than you need if running unloaded. A 35x12.5R17LT can hold 2405lbs on each tire @ 35psi. More than enough for the front end of an lbz. Tire / rim weight along with tread pattern can influence mpg a lot. Short trips and stop and go traffic don't help either.

I'm on 285/70/17 E running 42 front 35 rear. I average 16 mpg. I drive close to 450/500 miles a week. Mostly hwy though.

Yeah, I’ve never noticed a huge difference in mud and all terrains though.

But I am in the market for ridge grapplers if I can sell these I have.
I run the ridge grapplers. Great tire I'm my opinion. Good tread life. I think I have 25k and I'm at about 10 or 11/32 tread life.

I’ve had a couple sets of them before, great tire. I already had 2 of these before I bought for my halfton and never installed so I just got 2 more. Otherwise I’d have ridge graps.

They wore great at 40, and rode better than now. I just bumped to 50 to see if there was a significant difference in fuel use.

Did I miss where you said what config this truck is, Corbin? CCSB? long bed? Have any idea what it weighs? No brakes dragging? Wheel bearings in good shape?

I'm guessing it just gets pitiful mileage. My wife's bone stock (exhaust, intake and 305s MTZ on 18" wheels are the only mods) 2002 LB7 averages about 15.5-ish mpg no matter how it's driven. My 2002 with tuning and slightly shorter tires averaged about 17.5ish mpg.

Crew short, stock height, camper shell, stock Intake and tuning, has exhaust.

There's something to be said for lots of unsprung weight, larger tires and stock tuning.....

LMM on 315 toyo mt's and h2's. Getting around the same crappy mileage. Been thinking about moving to smaller all terrain or street tires in hopes to gain some mpg.
