dont know but its a looker. i have to admit the seller sounds a little on the inexperienced side. usually the owner of a truck like that knows it front to back and i get the vibe he isnt totally sure what he has. doesent necessarily mean anything bad though.
i saw it a week ago or two and really want it trying to talk the wife into it but its not working lol i would have to sell mine to have it a puller for a daily drive isnt sounding good to her and i dont know why lol.
That looks like Jeff Tomans old truck. I remember him putting the Duramax badges on the fenders. I think he sold it to someone in WI.

It's Klicko's old truck. You could say this one is the village bicycle but definitely has a lot of potential. The last I had seen it, it was really cobbled up under the hood with wiring, exhaust and such but now there is a chance for someone to do right by this truck and slap in a wire good wiring harness a put it back the way it is supposed to be and have a super nice truck and still be money ahead.
