I would have but there just way too cheap to even think about building a set.

I droped mine 2" in rear and it leveled out real nice with the front bars cranked to the norm.

i had the same problem tell i pulled some leafs out i am down to 2 leafs and the oveload , i had the overload removed to but when i was done it was to low :D i did it when i installed my caltracs . now i catually need the front to come down 1-2" to be level but i might try using the next hole down on the shackles . the ride is nice just need some shorter shocks they are a 1/2 " from bottoming out so its a little bouncy at the moment but the spring rate feels softer . and i still have the airbags for when i need to tow . my avatar pics are before with the 3" shackles. i can post a pic after if your interested .

I would be a little leery of adding onto the shackles. I would also be a little hesitant to drop the rear by 6 inches with just shackles. Seems to me that would really screw with your driveline angles.

I would get some hangers, or make some. I dont think there is enough room to drop another 2 inches the rear with just shackles it would hit the bed

I'd go with new hangers in the front. Especially with the your trailer. Long azz shackles would probably make the rear somewhat unstable.

Sold the trailer, it's gone. i tried the whole air bag thing and i didnt have enough distance between the axel and the frame, only about 6"

nice pics malibu. how long is the steel stock? i want to get up to 1" to the bottom of the bed, and then shim the diff for the difference.

Hey mike,
bring down the oem shackels in march if you make it down, how much you want for them.
