That story is crazy. All the respect goes out to all navy seals. I go into the San diego harbor alot to fish and the seals are out there alot training I assume

The guys you are seeing are more than likely BUD/S trainees. Typically very miserable looking, wet, sandy, carrying a boat on their heads or rowing it. The teams are on the other side of the island.
