Hello im am new to this site and looking for opinions about my issue. ill just start from the begining. About two weeks ago i changed my oil and put on my new intake. then drove from texas to missouri everything was working fine and dandy. i went mudding in missouri and notice a power loss, so i cleaned my air filter. on the drive back to texas i could still notice the power loss as well as my mpg has gone down. the last two months here in texas it has been 100 degrees plus and the last few days it has cooled down to the low 90s high 80s thats when i noticed the white smoke. it's not just at idle, i excelerate and i cant see the cars behind me due to all the white smoke it was bad yesturday morning but not so bad in the afternoon. the coolant level is fine, the oil level is where it needs to be, i didnt see or smell any diesel in the oil, but the exhaust smells a little like diesel. what can i be looking at here? headgasket, pistons, injectors? I aprecitate everyones input. thank you in advance.

Well i would start by checking the balance rates if you can on the injectors and go from there. If your exhaust is smelling like fuel then most likely it is an injector failure along with the white smoke pouring out. Just don't let it go before you know it, you'll have a nice hole in a piston ;)

What if any power adders are you using? Do you have EFILive?

x3 on the balance rates

You might want to take a close look at the bottom of both heads for coolant leaks. Is the top radiator hose hard all the time?

Depending on what you were doing with the mudding, you might want to check the compression...

If you went mudding maybe you got some water in your fuel somehow.

I think you can check your balance rates with the PPE?

Sounds like an injector is dumping too much fuel in. I wouldn't drive it like that, if it is that you will burn a whole in your piston.
