I run 45% overs plenty of fuel to break shit and Nate (delong_1) hit 100x hp on 45% overs i daily drive my 45 overs at a 2400pw which is alot more fuel then the 3200 i used to run on stock sticks

x2. I have waaaay more fuel than these twins can clean up on a 3000uS tune with these 45 overs. My 2000uS tune is my daily driver tune and it pulls harder than it ever did with stock sticks at 3200 or 2800uS (rail pressure would fall off with any more pw over 2800).

i chose 45% injectors cause ive seen Matt run mid 10s with them and Nate hit 1000hp. Id neveer want to run 1000hp on the street and i dont drag race my truck all the time so with 45 overs and this current tune, i have all the fun in the world but yet only run half the pw to help save the pistons.

i really dont understand how some of you all daily drive or play on the street with hp higher than 600. 1st and 2nd gear are usless so have i to use 4wd if i want to launch hard and the thing still sets you back in your seat! guess its my lack of being in "fast cars" :D

I'm knocking on the door of 600 and its about all I'd ever need on the street but when you get out on the hiway and want to blow someones doors off 800 would sure be nice.

I street drive well over 600hp but I have my tuning setup to come on strong around 2300rpms so driving is fine its just once you get over the 2300 mark its ready to go.

I would go 60 overs, I DD all the time on them and other than a little noise at part throttle I notice nothing different with the DD ability over stock. You don't want to push the little sticks unless you have to, I'm a firm believer your race tune should be 2600uS (2800 max) and size your sticks to make that happen. On a full blow race engine I would want lower than that-but seems like 60 over is a good balance between normal DD and pushing a lot of power on a safe uS tune

What does a set of exergy 60% run $? can seem to find anyone that has them listed online.

Not sure, I went with someone else and they seem to be holding up ok. I'm sure you could call some vendors and ask around. I got my sticks from a guy that my tuner recommended

About $1600. Go to their website, click on the "services" tab and its a PDF file that has a price sheet. You have to add up everything, flowing the nozzles are cheap but then they balance and clean them too.

Meh. I've taken the stock LLY sticks to 798rwhp uncorrected on a Mustang at 4800rpm at 1650°F and 58PSIG; figure 850rwhp on a Superflow from my experience, I tune on both kinds. Could I have went higher? Yeah, that was several years ago.

Guess it depends on how fast you want to go. 798 was 11 flat with a big shop rag accidently in the intercooler tube. Stock sticks will absolutely put a truck in rollbar terrority (sic)...

But is is easier on the pistons with the higher flowing sticks? because the fuel shot can be kept in the bowl? thanks for input Mcrat.

A lot of the really high HP guys believe in keeping the uS down, and these are guys making pass after pass at stupid high HP. Now you can make a lot of power on smaller sticks, and obviously McRat is way smarter and been doing this way longer than me, and knows what he is doing. I still think go with the biggest sticks you can stand for DDing (so 60-100 overs) and run them with a shorter uS
