I feel like the next logical move for me would be injectors. I've always thought in the future I would eventually have a built engine and would need 100 overs. The more I hear about crank failures I'm thinking I'll stick to a stock bottom end so when and if it blows I wont be out much, just slap another stock one in. Having said that with a completely stock fuel system is there really any benefit to having 80s or even 100s? If using either of the two will make my tuning much safer than 60's I'll strongly consider them, but if 60's will get my PW down enough I really don't see the need to go bigger. I believe I've heard with 100's your pretty much running at stock pulse with a stock cp3? I'd love to hear opinions from people that do allot of tuning. I don't mind spending a few hundred more if it will be a benefit.

Out and about
I had 100 over my first go around, I liked them. I want to think we where asking for less then stock fueling at idle. As you know tuning plays the big part in it. I fear a broke crank as well, time will tell.

60s here still stock cp3. Mine are balanced Exergy nozzles. Seem smokey to me I need to log some runs and get in touch with kory. I have 2xcp3 but haven't got them installed yet

kindof what I was thinking, I just didn't want to compromise just to save a little money. Like I said earlier I don't mind spending a little extra, but only if it will benefit.

Fwiw. 60% with a healthy cp3, mine would pull down about 2200psi on a 2450 pulse. Ran good. They are a little bit smokier than my 40% but completely drive able

2450 sounds like a good pulse, I'm no tuner but I think I'm over 3000 on my max effort tune, maybe 3200? Just for reference, what is the stock pulse width?

With duel pumps, can tuners get the same mpg with 100's as they can 60's?

Yes. They can make 200 overs drive like 40 overs. Just may take a little more time fine tuning.
