:roflmao: This thread has become my new stress relief. Your guys’ stories with your kids are hilarious. Looking forward to my own one day so I can think back to this

Same! And I’m excited to see what Ryan does with our kids. It’s gonna be hilarious.

They (kids) are by far amazing. Some days I want to go into a black room and no one bother me and other days no matter what they do they put me in a good mood. We only have one boy (2 years old) right now and my wife is pregnant with our 2nd boy and is 8 months along. Being a father is the most challenging thing i've ever had to do but they are absolutely hilarious! lol

So my daughter is 4, boy is 1. Not going out for a family dinner has kinda sucked as it was always fun to just get out of the house and not deal with dinner and dishes. Since that can’t happen right now, I asked my daughter if she would like to be a hostess and waitress for a pretend restaurant night here at home. She was all for it.

We painted up an “Olive Garden” sign (one of my wife’s favorite places), I had her make some menus in true 4 year old fashion, set up a fake register and hostess stand and some other pretend things to make it semi real for my wife and boy to enjoy.

I picked up Olive Garden and brought it home for dinner and had Brooklyn (my daughter) start going through the paces with my wife and boy.

She had a blast and we all enjoyed our “home restaurant”

Normally this would be a great place, other than the mud:(. A friend got stuck and asked me to bring down straps and said it would be a easy pull. Ended up taking a total of 5 trucks to get mine all the way out. I forgot why I hate mud and quit doing stuff like this 7 years ago.

I think it got down in the 30's last night after the sun when down, wet, muddy and cold definitely wasn't the best way to spend 7 hours.

So no quite cold enough to let it freeze then. That’s a bummer. Reminds me of the time my ex husband got the 2wd dually stuck with the horse trailer on it. Definitely not a fun time.

Very cool James. I bet that was so much for everyone. Reminds me of the time I got to babysit my friends little girl for a weekend, who was 4 at the time, and I set up a whole ice cream bar for her. We used the machine and made fresh ice cream and then had all the toppings you can imagine. Those Reece’s peanut butter cup mini’s are dangerous to my gut. But seeing her face lit up the whole time during the experience is something I’ll never forget

That’s a good idea James! This is our Sunday morning while watching church live.
