LLY: Where to get the U-shaped fuel rail return hose?

Mine is about to fall apart. I'm going to replace all of the rubber fuel lines this time around, figured I could use bulk hose for most of it but it seems like that U-shaped return hose bend will kink if I use bulk hose. Anyone have a part number or know where to get it?

I got mine from the dealer, replaced all the rubber lines when the new motor went in. They were getting kinda ratty looking.

The OEM formed lines are EXPENSIVE! I spent about $36 after shipping for this one hose. There's a good reason to try and use bulk hose instead of the formed stuff whenever possible...

I've formed hoses using heat sink before. Not sure if it would work in this tight of a bend but it is worth a try with with some bulk hose first.

Just put a couple layers of heat shrink onto the hose, shrinking each layer individually, then after the last layer is nice and warm, bend the hose to desired shape and hold it for a minute until it cools.

I may be wrong but if you have a race valve or heavily shimmed fprv there shouldn't be any flow in that line. I believe all it does is dump the fuel back to return when the fprv opens. I've replaced it with bulk hose on a few trucks with no issues. Just a little bigger U. Still kinks a little but I have had no issues.

Dude, just create your own fuel line system(s)
It's not that difficult to do and you free up a lot of working room, rid the supply and return lines of all the bends and rid the top of the engine of eyesore line that's a PITA to work around and get rid of all the "extra" line that just soaks up heat...

I can't say there's a performance gain and the majority will say there isn't, but the end result is a much cleaner look and an easier time working around the top of the engine...

If you've got an AD2, the supply line quick connect that they direct you to connect to the factory line by the fuel cooler will make it all the way to the quick connect in the engine bay, from there it's your choice to delete the factory filter and to straight to the CP3 or not, and the return lines can be all brought together to a fuel distribution block and sent off in one collected line to the fuel cooler

I did it, so you can too
;)

Here you can sorta see the fuel log I used from magnafuel

Well thank you very much!
I did spent some time on it, but I had it to spend
;)

I had quite a bit of input/help from this guy, getting the distribution block set up
vvvthanks again vvv
The only stock lines I used on mine where the metal ones on the motor. All others where replaced with "bulk" hose lines
Really?
Huh, I thought you got rid of the lines on the engine too...

I really, really like "not" having those hard lines on the engine, but that's just me...
I know I have less than $100 into the whole set up; the MagnaFuel log, all the brass fittings, the hose etc
It's worth it to me
:)

Yea no fuel should be going through that u shaped hose really. I used bulk and its kinked a bit. But i also have a race plug in the rail.
