So what do you offer and what kinda price would I be looking at for LB7 injectors?

I didn't mean for this thread to turn into a SoCal Diesel ad for injectors. I just wanted to present the information so you guys would be more informed about injectors.

Call or PM me for pricing.

As an FYI, Extrude Hone does an ok job, better than most, but they only flow the tips at about 200psi to check them. They don't have the necessary equipment to properly check the entire assembly.

Sorry, that was my fault.

My main concern with injectors is that they flow identical at WOT.

The first set of injectors I received for testing was back in 2005? and they still had extrude hone fluid in them. I sent them back.

Later I got a set of Dynomite Diesel nozzles. These are on the truck now. I had them aim for 10% gain, and they are balanced at idle, but I do not know about their WOT balance.

MDE made me a set that were balanced "on the bodies" 29% over at real WOT pressures, but at the time, I couldn't get them to work better than the stock injectors. I had run out of time, so I shelved them. I may go back them and try again.

I had also been working on getting Bosch to make injectors for me, and finally got an answer from them. Quite a lot of money, and could still be an option.

The whole 4 years I had been talking with Guy, and relatively recently he told me he can get me injectors balanced on the bodies in any flow I want. This is what I'm looking for. The injector is a very critical component in a diesel, and can make or break an engine. He is doing ours for the Bonneville engine.
