where does this plug go??

got everything hooked up.. this lil fella is left... it's been heated up.. can't find it's destinTion .. slit of things have been deleted so maybe it's not needed .. dunno

Normally goes to Turbo Vane Position sensor, looks like you no longer have the factory Variable Geometry Turbo though...
