Hp dont break parts. Torque breaks parts. If you are making 800hp on a stock bottom end I bet your torque is 11-1200ish.

I have this crazy theory that if i keep the rpms up above the curve that it may live a little longer.lol. I really dont know the exact whp but it runs mid 7s with a 96mph + trap with a crap 1.8 60' on 305/50/20 cooper zeons. I have maybe 25 passes with it at this level. I am afraid to do a compression test but I have zero smoke at idle(100% over injectors at 8k idle psi)

Seems with your cridentials of tuning and trans build and great success, you don't need us. Why are you here?

You're on a site that will hunt down the bull shit in a heart beat. You are trying to prove your self as knowledgeable but really it's turning against you. All you have posted is nothing new to many many of us. You still have much to learn about the Allison if you can't take what any of us have said about what billet parts are needed. There isn't a "step by step guide" for over 500hp trucks because those that go over it either know what they are getting into and build things accordingly based off lots of r&d or they just throw parts at it and hold shit holds up.

Man everyone is making at least 650 these days.

Dumbass directional driller with a new 6.7 ps tried telling me he was 650 with a 215 tune and deletes. I asked him how many curves he ****ed up, just got that duhhhhhrrr look.

700 rwhp here for 5 years. Prob 50-60 passes on this setup. Zero billet parts in my trans. C2 hub was looking worn 50k miles ago, still beat the crap out of it daily. Rolling burnouts are common. Motor doesn't make torque or power until ~2800 rpm.

I saw your thread on CompD, and am curious what your build consists of. Got any timeslips to prove your claims? Race weight?

If you have indeed run the numbers you claim, you just might be putting out that much power. It is exceedingly rare for anyone to do it, and it wont last no matter what you do.
There have been people before you to do it (cmon...anyone remember Matt and Camomax?), but in the end there's always catastophe.

If your trans is holding now, then the wiser move would be to put the money toward the engine first.

Im trying to take the high road here....
