Very nice.

Why these are significant, is because the highest rating for a 16" tire is about 3400lb. With 19.5's you can go up to ~4000lb per tire yet be roughly the same dia as OEM.

My Continental HSR 225/70-19.5's are 3970 lb when used as singles, and are 32" in dia, which will fit pickups without lifts. These are what I have on my Dmax motorhome.

I would coat them black....if they were mine. Cool truck though...never seen 19.5 single's mounted on a Dmax.

Looks good, I've always liked the look of the 19.5's. All the trucks I've ever rode in with them were terrible empty though. Probably wouldn't matter much in a motorhome or something that never gets unloaded.

Yup, they take 110 psi, so the ride isn't going to be good.

But when driving unladen, you could probably drop to 50-60 PSI to soften things up.

The ride on my load range "H" setup is pretty bad when empty, but appreciated when loaded to 12K lbs. It's a trade off for sure, Safety over Comfort is preffered in my case. I have a 10.5' Lance Camper ( model#1025
), so it is needed!

im looking at either 19.5 SRW with 245/70/19.5
or 19.5 dually setup.. and stay with the 225/70/19.5s

hows the wheel bearings holding up on yours?

i'm using road master(cooper) 170s on the front and 253s out back on 99..

I like your set up, how are the tires holding up? I am running a 05 dually with MKW 19.5 wheels and Cooper tires, got the truck that way. If I had to pay for the set up I would not get the Cooper tires again. Every time you hit a pot hole or the curb (I know my fault) I loose a chunk out of the sidewall. When loaded with my Lance 11.6 and a 24' cabin cruiser I would not want anything else under me but unloaded, holly crap what a ride.

Just switched to my winter stock rims and Toyo all terrains and it is like driving a Cadillac but I won't pull my entire set up with those. Nice thing about the MKW's is that I can rotate all six tires, cost a bit more but I think it is worth it.

You have a nice set up there and painting the wheels black is an option, I might powder coat my MKW's while they are of the truck this winter. But it is your choice and it looks good as is, enjoy.

i out side balance issues on my front tires i haven't had any issues with Cooper 19.5s or their17.5s.. i wonder how old yours are? i saw 140,000 mile service life on my 99 hotshot

They are about 1.5 years old, I need to find a Cooper dealer here in Denver that works with the 19.5" tires. Two I have contacted told me they don't do COMMERCIAL tires. Give me a break.

equal on the steers
wheel weight on rear
front flexs too much and throws the weights. 5x7.25 bolt pattern vs 10x7.25 for the rear

Ok I the place that I'm going to uses the equal on the steers. I hope they stay balanced longer then the weights did. BTW anyone else have a problem with chunks coming off the steer tires from hitting pot holes on the highway?
