Well I got my new tierods and end links on

My 5k mile pitman arm is shot.

Steering box shaft is ****ed.

And the driver side wheel bearing is ready to fall apart.

Where's the best place to get new wheel bearings for the price?

I was thinking dmax store but may be something different

I got them off amazon from true blue parts. 140$ is hard to beat for Timken hubs.

NAPA has several different models for my 2006, the less inexpensive ones the splines are not machined in for the 2x4 models. I had a 2007 NBS gasser 2500HD 2x4 bought brand new, GM installed from the factory hubs with the splines machined in them so pricing is difficult to say the least. Does the hub come with or without ABS leads, some do some don't from what I have looked at locally and that makes price vary also.

Made a comment to the local dealer parts guy about 8 months ago about prices, I made sure others heard it. A younger parts guy looked at me and said come over here and he setup a cash account in my name. The prices I get from him are right at and most times less by about $10-15.00 with taxes than I could order online and have shipped to my home...

I would only use Timken or SKF hubs

Best idea is to google the part numbers to find the best prices.

I put some timkens from Dmax store on my pig in '11 and they are still good even with all the oilfield roads and 37"s

Back when my favorite NAPA was around, I used to buy SKF only. When the store folded, I had to switch to Timken. I can say I've never had an issue with either make under normal use over the years. Not saying they last forever, but I rarely, if ever had to replace them again while owning the vehicle.
Couple months ago I had to replace a Timken on my daughter's GrandPrix b/c she curbed the car during the winter, causing the hub to fail prematurely.

I have always ran Timkens with good luck but have been hesitant to switch the SKF because i wasnt sure if they are any good. What makes you like them Tom?
We machine SKF bearings at work. I will say they have very tight tolerances and are very strict with them. We don't run bearings that small but I wouldn't hesitate to use SKF for our trucks.

Check rockauto.com as well, when I replaced one of mine a few years back I got Timken from them in the $130-140 price range.
